Senior Counsel, Commercial Legal

As a Senior Counsel, Commercial Legal, you will review and negotiate complex enterprise customer sales agreements, collaborate with various business units, and support the continuous improvement of standard forms of agreement and legal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Profound in-house commercial contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales organisation.
• High level of relevant legal experience
• Dutch Law Degree or any major jurisdiction in EMEA
