RMC is hiring a Senior Customer Tech Support Specialist to provide Help Desk and server support to one of our customers onsite in Dahlgren, VA. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in Help Desk Support and one of the following certifications: CASP+, CCNP Security, or CISA.

Requirements

  • 6 years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as ServiceNow.
  • One of the following certifications: CASP+, CCNP Security, or CISA.
  • Active TS/SCI(DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access eligibility)
