Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow

At Bank of America, we are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow to plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables for critical and/or strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and engagement to lead teams across multiple organizations.

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure and networking initiatives
• Understands development or integration of Agile/lean/ development initiatives.
• Business case development and business requirements analysis
• Understand how to deliver against client satisfaction and project metrics
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence others/ persuasion
• Initiative and BAU funded project management
• Problems solving applying critical and logical thinking
• Executive communication experience; written and oral
• Strong knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity products, services and technologies at a functional and data level.
• Knowledge of traditional IT functions and development/deployment processes (servers, firewalls, networks, datacenters)
