Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience with Desktop Support
- Self-starter capable of excelling in multicultural environment, based in APAC region
- Detail oriented
- Strong English written and verbal communications skills
- MS Office 365 troubleshooting skills (Advanced level)
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
- Competent working with SCCM and packaged software installs
- Competent working with ServiceNow
- Good understanding of the Anti-Virus infrastructure and security procedures
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Windows and Mac Operating Systems and the infrastructure that supports them
- Good understanding of mobile devices and enterprise solutions that support them
- Ad-hoc weekend and off hours support
