Senior Disaster Readiness Quality Manager

The Senior Disaster Readiness Quality Manager will design and manage the quality of disaster readiness recovery plans, runbooks, and playbooks, ensuring compliance with RBC and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Quality Assurance experience
• Good experience with Disaster Recovery execution
• Senior level verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including virtualization, databases, SAN and NAS storage, messaging, networking and Cloud
• DRI International certification for Disaster Recovery (nice to have)
• Financial regulatory requirements for business continuity management (nice to have)
• Experience with ServiceNow (nice to have)
