As Senior Employee & Labour Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining positive labour relations across the company, fostering governance, enhancing capabilities, and streamlining processes to ensure compliance and promote harmonious working relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in labour relations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of collective labour laws, regulations (including in relation to works councils), and practices across the EMEA region
