As a Senior Employee Relations Partner, you will provide advice and counsel to employees, managers, and HRBPs on performance management challenges, interpersonal conflict, and conduct issues. You will also support the completion of investigations and grievance processes, and identify broader employee relations issues across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in an Employee Relations role
- Experience with performance management/improvement and/or experience conducting workplace investigations
- Experience with an HR ticketing system, ServiceNow platform expertise desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency navigating through HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
