The Senior End User Service Specialist provides comprehensive end user service support to internal customers, addressing technical issues and improving user experience. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and collaboration with IT and Security teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Degree in Technical Field preferred
- 4+ years experience in a technical or related field
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Experience and knowledge of networking protocols and configurations (wired and wireless)
- Experience in managing user accounts, including permissions and security settings
- Experience supporting enterprise-grade endpoint hardware as well as smart phones including iPhone, and Android models
- ITIL, CompTIA+, Microsoft, HDI Certification Preferred
