Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration, and maintenance of their ServiceNow platform to support their organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, frameworks, and best practices (ITIL)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used for ServiceNow customization and development
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
