Senior Experimentado - Application support analyst

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (but could also be a student of any engineering or related career)
• 2 years application support experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a global setting.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is a plus
• Certification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks is a plus
• advanced spoken and written english is a must
• SQL knowledge is required to troubleshoot incidents and build reports
