The company is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support to its clients in the Dallas, TX Area.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Savvy with technical duties such as Server Administration, Networking and Security, Virtualization, Messaging, and Support and Troubleshooting
• Experienced with Kaseya, ServiceNow, and ITGlue
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and personal reliable vehicle
