Senior Finance Analyst, Renewals (Global)

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Finance Analyst to support ServiceNow’s Customer Excellence Group. This role will be crucial in driving financial performance, optimizing renewal processes, and supporting our customer retention efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on SaaS renewals or subscription-based business models
• Proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance and driving operational excellence in renewals management
• Some experience with Sales/Planning systems, such as Dynamics, Varicent and Anaplan
