Swarovski is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide generalist HR advice and administrative support to employees across UK and Ireland. The role will involve providing expert advice, coaching, and supporting with employee relations matters, working closely with the HR team and sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
- University degree (not essential)
- CIPD level 3 or 5 (not essential)
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner
