The Senior Information Technology Officer (Customer Services/User Support Unit) will provide first-line support to the University community in the use of IT services for teaching and business operations. Responsibilities include implementing ITSM projects, conducting CAB meetings, creating training materials, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve incidents and ensure IT services meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • At least 5 years or above of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the administration of ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a technology-driven and analytical mindset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Independent, self-motivated, quick learner, good team player, a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
