Senior IT Application Specialist (ServiceNow Specialist)

Aurecon is seeking a Senior IT Application Specialist (ServiceNow Specialist) to play a crucial role in the operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance, customizing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's needs for managing IT services and operations.

Requirements

• Proactively manage the health and performance of the ServiceNow platform through preventive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, performance monitoring and proactive identification of potential issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of the platform to optimise processes and user experience.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all development efforts i.e. use cases, configuration, customizations and integrations to facilitate maintainability, knowledge transfer and future development efficiency.
• Liaise with other staff and/or squads to problem solve and ensure consistency of processes.
• Embrace Aurecon’s safety culture, understand and role model adherence to their obligations and actively participate in implementing safe systems of work.
