Safelite is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead project management processes and methodologies for the IT teams, with a focus on comprehensive project planning and high-quality standards.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Skilled IT project manager with knowledge of Safelite business processes
- Project management practices and techniques
- Business operations and how they interrelate
- Process mapping, basic software design and development
- Basic understanding of system design
- Project scope documentation techniques
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with management, associates, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Understanding of system development methodologies
- Experience with Agile Software Delivery
- Familiarity with project management software such as Safe, Jira, Clarity, CAB, ITIL, ServiceNow
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
