Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT Service Management with at least 3+ years of experience in using ServiceNow toolset.
- Deep knowledge of working with Superannuation, WRAP financial advice technology platforms at enterprise level.
- Experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services and system integration.
