Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree (Preferred) in: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Systems, Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology Management, or related disciplines.
- 12 + years relevant experiences in HR Systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors)
- 8+ years' Workday integration Development experience using various Workday integration tools (Core Connector, EIB, Custom Report, PICOF, Studio, APIs)
- 8+ years' experience in Business and Systems Integration, and implementing applications
- 6+ years programming experience XSLT, XML, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and SDLC
- Experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well and JIRA
