Senior Manager, DR Tooling & Automation

The Disaster Recovery team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Tooling & Automation team, responsible for managing the primary DR tool (ServiceNow-BCM module) and other supporting tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT, project management, and business process improvement.

Requirements

• Applicable education with at least 4 years of applicable experience in an IT environment managing complex programs
• Excellent organizational, project management and time management capabilities
• Strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
• Experience with ServiceNow, especially the BCM module (nice-to-have)
• Experience or understanding of disaster recovery processes (nice-to-have)
