As a Senior Manager, Global Employee Communications, you will help develop and execute a strategic communications plan for the Chief People and AI Enablement Officer and Global People team. You will be responsible for writing, project management, and leading the communications for the HR organization.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications or related field
- 10 years of employee communications experience, with an interest in building a career in corporate communications at a tech company
- Strong project manager (experience leading internal companywide events and experiences a plus!)
- Experience working in a matrixed environment; strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to drive coordination across stakeholders
- Ability to flex with fast growth and frequent change, and adapt plans and approaches in real-time (experience in a hypergrowth tech company is a plus!)
- Motivated communicator who can flex and independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment (experience in a hypergrowth tech company is a plus!)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all communications deliverables
- Excellent writer and verbal communicator
- Strong natural ability to identify, develop, and tell a great story across multiple media
