Senior Manager, HR Technology

As a Senior Manager, HR Technology, you will lead our HR, Payroll, and Legal technology stack, oversee HR IT service delivery processes, and lead technology initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant techno-functional experience with HR, Payroll and Legal systems and/or similar technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in the Workday ecosystem, with a deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and data flow.
• Experienced with Agile practices and proficiency in tools like Jira, Google Workspace, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, Boomi, Tableau, Studio, SaaS application architecture
