Senior Manager, People Operation (Bengaluru)

We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to drive and refine our People Operations function with a strong commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and hands-on operator who can actively shape and scale key people processes, foster a collaborative culture, and work alongside the team to create a seamless and impactful employee experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR operations, shared services, project/system implementation, or change management experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity, managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
• Expert proficiency with ServiceNow and Workday, including process re-engineering and optimization.
