As a Senior Manager, Sales Finance, you will lead Sales Finance for Commissions, manage a team of analysts, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, HR, and Finance. You will develop and manage the annual commission budget, analyze sales performance, and provide insights to drive decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field (MBA and/or CPA is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), consulting, investment banking, or related finance roles
- 2+ years of people management and/or team mentorship experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets, create complex formulas, and automate processes
