Senior Manager, Service Now Engineering, IT

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their ServiceNow platform, providing technical leadership, managing a dynamic team, and overseeing program management to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of their ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field plus related work experience
• Master's Degree in related field plus related work experience
• Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Expert understanding of IT procedures while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
• Expert understanding of related aspects of IT processes and/or equipment while ensuring processes and/or equipment are optimal across areas of responsibility
• Ability to manage assigned IT team and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations
• Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of IT to the business
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
• Ability to advise to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
• Ability to provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
