The Senior Manager, Software Engineering - ServiceNow, provides strategic leadership and oversight to the Software Engineering team. The role is responsible for guiding the team in applying secure software engineering principles to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Lead and direct the efforts of the software engineering staff.
- Ensure the application of agile principles to software development, focusing on delivering business value, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Create and review technical assessments, estimates, and high-level requirements for assigned projects.
