DXC Technology is a global IT services leader seeking a Senior Office 365 Support Engineer in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will work in a tightly knit team, supporting clients with technical issues, and driving resolution and root cause analysis of business critical incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Communications technology or similar
  • Strong English language skills
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange On-Premise enterprise solutions
  • Experience with configuration and administration of Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 on-premises and hybrid deployments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive For Business, InTune, Microsoft Defender, Power Apps and Automate
