Senior Payroll Analyst will work with a team of professionals to support multi-country payroll processes, particularly in APAC and ANZ. The role involves providing guidance on payroll audits, monitoring data analysis, and resolving complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration
- In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and multi-tasks
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience of multi-country payroll is a plus, preferably APAC and ANZ
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
