ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the development of new data fabric services. The successful candidate will have experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, and a strong understanding of the broader data and insights space. The role requires a strategic mindset to define product vision and strategy, and the ability to inspire and align engineering teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent in a technical role
  • Domain experience in data governance, data fabric, data mesh, data products, data catalogs, semantic layers and/or knowledge graphs
