Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to drive critical cross-functional engineering engagements and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in program management methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and technical trade-offs
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in program management methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive clarity and alignment
• Experience in cloud computing, SaaS platforms, or large-scale distributed systems
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus
• + years of experience in technical program management
