RBC Insurance Technology is seeking a Senior Process Automation Specialist to lead automation initiatives, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency in its Insurance Technology Platform Support team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process automation, IT operations, or workflow optimization roles, with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience in ITSM practices.
- Proven expertise in automation tools such as Ansible, Python scripting, Terraform, ServiceNow, and Jira automation.
