Senior Product Manager – Localization, Public Sector Digital Services

The Public Sector industry Product Management team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help bring Public Sector Digital Services to countries across the world. This role involves leading internationalization and localization for key markets in ServiceNow’s Public Sector industry product, working with UX and Engineering teams on prototyping and ideation of product features and frameworks, and working with customers from numerous government agencies across the world.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product management focused on software internationalization and localization in similar context
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Product management experience from discovery to delivery at start-ups companies and larger companies
• Experience building, launching, and scaling enterprise software SaaS products for external, paying customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
