Senior Project Specialist, Global Workforce Innovation & Culture

As a Senior Project Specialist on the Global Workforce Innovation & Culture team, you’ll provide operational support and play a pivotal role in bringing the People Pact to life for employees and customers. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to foster a culture of belonging and strengthen engagement for local employees, customers, and community.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Organized, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys keeping projects on track
• Experience in program management, event management, communications, and/or people strategy
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience working with both employees and customers
• Ability to plan and implement change effectively
