Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant

Join Equitable Bank, a challenger bank in Canada, as a Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant. Work on evaluating and optimizing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve the IT asset management and service management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, IT asset management, and/or IT service management tools.
• Expertise in the ServiceNow platform from an administrative perspective, including proficiency in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Mapping.
• Proven track record in CMDB design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application to CMDB management.
• Experience with CI discovery and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong documentation skills for processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
