We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in technical architecture and solution design.
- Extensive expertise in ITSM development, service portal development, chatbot, and virtual agent development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly, with hands-on experience in customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using APIs, web services, and RESTful interfaces.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow performance tuning, stability optimization, and scalability best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and lead technical discussions.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are preferred.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentorship, with a track record of successfully leading ServiceNow development teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
