The Senior ServiceNow Developer is a technology subject-matter expert responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing software development projects within ServiceNow ITSM and CSM. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM applications
- At least 7-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow programming experience
- Experience with complex and global projects
- Proficiency with API development (SOAP OR REST)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Foundations certified
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management
