Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role with demonstrated project success.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.).
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
