We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Configuration Management area. The successful candidate will have experience with the ITSM module of ServiceNow, proficiency in JavaScript, and knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management.
Requirements
- Higher education courses related to Information Technology
- Experience with the ITSM module of ServiceNow
- Proficiency in JavaScript for creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows
- Knowledge in configuring and administering the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management
- Ability to develop automation with Flow Designer and Configuration Management (platform management)
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions for complex problems
- Good communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactivity and ability to identify improvements and optimizations in the platform
- Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaboration and team spirit
- ServiceNow certification (Desirable Admin or Implementation Specialist)
