Perform service management, operations, and systems administrations responsibilities on the ServiceNow platform, including planning and executing system upgrades, addressing incidents and problems, and ensuring availability and resiliency of the platform.
Requirements
- Experienced in User Administration, User Interface Level Integration & MID Server Integration
- Knowledge of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com
- Continuously monitor application performance and vendor recommended patches & upgrades
- Partner with the business on exploring new opportunities to automate the operations processes
- Experience on ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation
- Experience on following ServiceNow modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
- Experience on basic Java scripting
- Experience in handling service now incident and request queue
- Experience in clone & deployment in ServiceNow
- Experience in documentation and review activities
- Experience in complex data migration
