Zoox is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD Solution Lead Specialist to support the People Experience (PEx) Technology team with the management of ServiceNow HRSD processes.
Requirements
- Strong technology operations management, solution design, product backlog management, and leadership skills
- Project management, ServiceNow expertise, and HR process knowledge
- Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources or Certified System Administrator certification is desired
- 4+ years of experience in project management, change management and user adoption
