Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML
- ServiceNow certification
- Proficient in ServiceNow HRSD modules, such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center Pro, Lifecycle events and journeys, and HR Integrations
- Experience in using ServiceNow APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and JSON
- Experience in using ServiceNow tools, such as Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework
- Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer
- Certified in ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
