At Brillio, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer ITSM to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for managing technical solutions and platforms, acting as an interface between clients and offshore teams, and gathering business requirements to convert into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration
- Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies)
- Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog
- Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance
