Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in implementing ServiceNow technology and developing scoped applications
- Certification in ServiceNow application development required
- Certification in ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITAM desirable
