Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Peraton is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to support customer service, data collection, and GRC processes. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow development, system integration, and migration strategies, as well as strong communication skills to lead customer briefings and ability to work efficiently in an Agile framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience is required. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Possess or obtain ONE of the following certifications within 6 months of start date : CASP+ CE, CCNA Cyber Ops, CCNA-Security, CCNP Security, CEH, CFR, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), Cloud+, CySA+, GCED, GCIA, GCIH, GICSP, SCYBER, VCA DCV, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including development, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for integration with other systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and integration with ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow tools such as: ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM), ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
