Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Ability to conduct system analysis and design ITOM solutions
• Experience in developing and implementing ITOM solutions
• Skills in identifying opportunities for process re-engineering
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle Change Control process
• Experience with Service Now to manage and support Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, SSL Certificates, Performance Analytics
