We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design, lead, and deliver comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM solutions for global enterprise clients. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM implementations, leading workshops, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Deep understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB architecture
- Strong grasp of CSDM best practices and CMDB governance
- Experience in scripting (JavaScript), MID Server configurations, probe/sensor tuning, and flow designer
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, or IRM/GRC is a bonus
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITOM or equivalent highly preferred)
- Mainline active certification is a must
- Knowledge of FinOps and Compliance is good to have
