Equinix is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Developer/Engineer to join our People and Legal Technology team, focusing on automation using ServiceNow Creator Studio and App Engine Studio. The role will involve analyzing and improving workflow systems and processes, documenting requirements, implementing solutions, and delivering innovative user experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT or Engineering roles, with a focus on techno-functional analysis
- 3+ years of developer experience in coding languages Javascript, CSS, HTML, React, other
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Creator Workflow and App Engine and other low-code solutions
- Proven experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and understand technical concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
