As a Senior ServiceNow System Administrator, you will administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure its optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will also design and implement custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies to address organizational needs and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs for customizing workflows and integrations
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, client scripts, and server-side scripting
