Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a school of engineers or equivalent university degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing processes using one or more ServiceNow modules, with a specialization on the ITSM module
- Expertise on ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools (JavaScript, API, workflows)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in ITSM
- ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL v3/v4 certifications would be a plus
