Develop and support Intelsat inventory, case, and other service assurance tooling capabilities to support ServiceNow platform purpose-build for operations support systems (OSS) needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- five years of experience in ServiceNow, Asset management, and CMDB
- three years of experience in the Satellite or telecommunications industry, Workflows, procedures and best practices in data analysis and computer programming, Software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile development methodology, Database warehousing, Working with physical, logical configurable item (CI) and service model instance to make sound operations recommendations, and MS Excel, Access, and SQL
