Senior Software Quality Engineer

Join ServiceNow's Agents AI team as a Senior Software Quality Engineer and work on integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Develop and maintain automation test frameworks, partner with engineering organizations, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG.
• 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
